Annual Meeting News: At the February 25 annual meeting, the budget for the fiscal year beginning April 1 was ratified and two new board members were elected. The new board members, elected to three-year terms are Jay Hodge and  Rebecca Yoho. New officers will be elected at the March board meeting. There were no assessment changes from the current year.

Board Meetings are usually held on the  fourth Thursday of the month, 6-8 pm at the Senior Center. A homeowners forum is scheduled early each meeting to hear homeowner concerns. It is helpful (but not required) to have a written document to present to the board. Board meetings are open to homeowners.
