Pool Season: The board designated the pool season to be from Mother’s Day weekend through September 30, with the provision that these dates can be adjusted depending on weather (extended). (The 2015 pool season was May 22 through September 21.).

Planning a party? A permit and deposit is required for groups of more than ten family members and two friends to use any of our common areas including the pool, tennis courts, Spinnaker Park, and the Villas Gazebo.
Homeowner Projects: Do you have a project in mind for your house or your yard? You will need to have your plan approved by the Homeowners Association. This is not optional. Download a Design Review Request form or call Robyn Allen (720-974-4149) to have this form mailed. See the “Homeowner Projects” tab for more information.
Annual Meeting News: At the February 25 annual meeting, the budget for the fiscal year beginning April 1 was ratified and two new board members were elected. The new board members, elected to three-year terms are Jay Hodge and Rebecca Yoho. New officers will be elected at the March board meeting. There were no assessment changes from the current year.
Board Meetings are usually held on the fourth Thursday of the month, 6-8 pm at the Senior Center. A homeowners forum is scheduled early each meeting to hear homeowner concerns. It is helpful (but not required) to have a written document to present to the board. Board meetings are open to homeowners.
