2013 Reserve Study: View or download the Summary or Full report.
Reserve studies are important so that funds will be available to meet future repairs and maintenance. This study projects reserve needs for each of our four neighborhoods and for the general fund. A paper copy is available from Hast.
Reserve funds are maintained for the four neighborhoods of the Shores plus a reserve fund for the General Common Elements (GCE). The General Common Elements account is for administrative expenses and to maintain the pool, tennis courts, Spinnaker Park and surrounding areas. The April 1, 2015 figures are not audited.
