Board Meetings are held the fourth Thursday of every month except December at the Senior Center (910 Longs Peak Avenue) at 6:00 pm. A homeowners forum is scheduled early each meeting to hear homeowner concerns. It is helpful (but not required) to have a written document to present to the board. Board meetings are open to homeowners.

Community Events
An Annual Picnic is held at the Pool, toward the end of August.
A Community Garage Sale is held in early June.
The Annual Business Meeting of the Association is held in February.
