Failure to submit a Project Plan can result in a fine and possible cancellation of your project. Your plan must be approved before starting your project.
Use of the Shores Common Areas (Permit Form)
A permit and deposit is required for parties consisting of more than ten family members and two friends to use any Shores common areas including the pool, tennis courts, Spinnaker Park, and the Villas Gazebo.
If you are unable to attend a homeowners meeting, you can designate another homeowner (or the board) to cast your vote.
